  • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • The product (code) must be in its original condition, unedited, and undamaged. Services must not have been commenced as agreed upon.

  • For services, a refund will only be considered if the service has not been performed as per the service agreement or if the work has not yet commenced.

  • If you cancel the service before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
